Primary duties

• Coordinate key Nimble ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint organizing, assessments, retrospectives, and show-and-tell sessions.
• Head, mentor, mentor, and instill in teams nimble industry standards, and assist the team to supply on team targets and key focuses
• Promote an environment that fosters transparency, partnership, and ongoing development.
• Serve as the conduit between Product Management, development teams, and other participants to guarantee visual precision of aspiration, key focuses and prompt implementation.

Qualifications

• Must possess 5+ years operating expertise in a similar position
• Demonstrated expertise as an Nimble Dispatch Manager or Scrum Master in a software-driven environment (expertise in SaaS or energy/resource control sectors a plus).
• Practical competence in Nimble dispatch structured approaches (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Must possess complete knowledge of software lifecycle and coordinating multi-operation teams that comprise of Software Engineers, Testers, and Product UI/UX professionals.
• Ability in organizing, urgency sorting, and coordinating contesting qualifications.
• Must possess a strong insight of Product lifecycle management.
