Position Overview

The Skill building Manager will play a vital function in shaping PalmPay’s learning culture by designing, executing, and monitoring development and development programs that build staff ability, enhance staff productivity, and assist executive guidance growth. This position requires a strategic yet practical specialist who can oversee the comprehensive learning lifecycle—from needs evaluation and programme design to dispatch, assessment, and ongoing development.

Execution & Dispatch:

• Coordinate in-house development sessions and workshops to build executive guidance, technical, and interpersonal abilities.
• Organize with external development vendors and advisors where necessary, making sure quality and cost-performance.
• Assist orientation and onboarding programs to accelerate new employee consolidation.

M&E:

• Track learning involvement and performance using KPIs which includes development ROI, staff productivity indicators, and response surveys.
• Organize periodic documentation on skill building initiatives for Human resources executive guidance and top level management.
• Guarantee adherence with compliance obligations for required session (e.g., adherence, data confidentiality, anti-fraud).

• Capability to evaluate development needs and convert them into influential learning programs.
• Expertise in e-learning channels, LMS operational structures, and modern digital learning resources.
