Role summary

The Planning process Manager will be in charge of conceptualizing and carrying out plans that boost expansion, enhance processes, and strengthen the organization’s attractive role in the FMCG sector. The position requires robust critical thinking, market expertise, and the capability to convert findings into implementable business strategies that increase productivity, expand market distribute, and optimize returns.

Primary duties

  • ​ Head the development of corporate and business unit plans to assist long-term growth.
  • Carry out market analysis, buyer conduct evaluation, and rival benchmarking to recognize avenues and risks.
  • Collaborate with sales, promotion, stock chain, and finance teams to align plan with business implementation.
  • Formulate go-to-market plans for new goods and enhance current product lines.
  • Track results of strategic programs and offer consistent documentation for executive review.
  • Assess allocation channels and endorse enhancements for market penetration and effectiveness.
  • Assist the executive guidance team in recognizing possibility strategic collaborations, joint initiatives, and growth avenues.
  • Organize strategic demonstrations and business cases for management and participants.
  • Track FMCG market trends, compliance-related status reports, and emerging industry standards to guarantee attractiveness.
  • Endorse process enhancements that improve operations excellency and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bsc in Business Management, Economics, Management, or relevant field (Master of business administration or MSC preferred).
  • 5–7 years of expertise in planning process, corporate organizing, or business advisory inside the FMCG industry.
  • Solid understanding of FMCG markets, allocation networks, and buyer practices
  • Established history of conceptualizing and executing growth plans in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding issue resolution, logical, and strategic judgment competencies.
  • Clear expression and stakeholder engagement competencies.
  • Capability to operate under pressure and oversee various projects at the same time.
  • Competence in Ms office tools, data evaluation, and plan resources.
