Job Description

We are looking for a highly proficient and skilled F&B Manager to supervise and enhance every facet of our Food and beverage processes.
As the manager, you will be in charge of making sure the dispatch of exceptional visitor experiences, while productively predicting, organizing, and coordinating Food and beverage orders, employees, and financial resources.
Your primary goal will be to optimize sales and income by repeatedly meeting and exceeding client demands, nurturing employee relation, and preserving a robust concentration on quality and effectiveness.
By executing creative plans and preserving high guidelines, you will play a pivotal position in pushing the success of our Food and beverage department and optimizing entire visitor fulfillment.

Oversee all Food and beverage and daily processes within budgeted standard procedures and to the highest guidelines
Maintain outstanding levels of within and outside the organization client support
Design exceptional menus, buy goods and constantly make necessary enhancements
Recognize clients needs and take action proactively to all of their matters
Head Food and beverage team by attracting, hiring, development and appraising skilled staff
Establish targets, KPI’s, plans, rules and standardized processes
Offer a two way information exchange and develop an ownership environment with emphasis in inspiration and collaboration
Adhere with all workplace safety and wellness rules
Documentation on management regarding sales outcomes and productivity
