This position is not for beginners or profession switchers — it is designed for a proven specialist with practical experience in HMO/health coverage business development who can hit the ground running and supply measurable outcomes.

The Position

The Business Development Manager will assume responsibility of growth in Northern Nigeria, pushing revenue goals, winning new accounts, and strengthening customer connections. You will be the face of the company to corporate customers, hospitals, clinics, and key associates — making sure trust, credibility, and regular value dispatch.

Primary duties

• Market penetration & Customer Purchase: Formulate and implement winning plans to secure new business across corporate, institutional, and individual segments.
• Long-term alliances: Establish and develop solid connections with hospitals, clinics, and corporate entities to expand our service reach.
• Income increase: Repeatedly accomplish sales and income targets by closing high-value agreements.
• Tailored Initiatives: Work alongside internal teams to design health strategies that meet customer needs while pushing profit margin.
• Effectiveness Tracking: Offer precise pipeline projections, market findings, and effectiveness documentation for executive review.
