Overview

• Translates the overarching corporate plan into sales operation aspiration, plan, and operating model
• Designs, optimizes or transforms sales operation processes, staff ability, methods and assisting tech
• Establishes frameworks for the management and measurement of all sales activity, based on industry specific top practice.

Duties

• ​In charge of coordinating dispatch of one or more methods, initiatives and/or projects with a concentration on quality and efficient risk mitigation strategy. 
• Supports to uninterrupted workflow optimization, the recognition of creative strategies through analysis and evaluation, and the application of industry standard.
• Responsible for delivering own targets which effect the instant team. 
• Arranges and manages the routine initiatives of entry-level teammates or team members.
• Delivers technical direction to teammates to guarantee accomplish accepted results. 
• Meets effectiveness targets and indicators set locally (customer support, quality and risk mitigation strategy, sales and business expansion, initiative development and teaming etc).
