Stock Supervisor at Bukka Hut Restaurant in Ogudu, Lagos

Job Description

Track and document routine inventory movements (receipts, concerns, transfers, and modifications).
Ensure precise inventory levels are preserved across the warehouse and dining venue outlets.
Carry out consistent physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies with system records.
Track efficient-moving, slow-moving, and near-expiry items to reduce waste.
Confirm and modify stock recordkeeping (GRNs, requisitions, returns, and disposal records).
Execute and ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO (First In, First Out / First Expiry, First Out) procedures for food safety and cost effectiveness.
Produce routine, on a weekly basis, and every month stock documentation for management.
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and processes to guarantee adequate stock levels.
Guarantee adherence with organisation rules, QSR food safety guidelines, and compliance obligations.
Help in inventory predicting and organizing for in-demand periods.

At least Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Accounting, Statistics, Business Management, Stock Chain, or relevant field.
3–5 years’ expertise in stock management or inventory regulate (ideally in QSR, FMCG, or service sector).
Solid understanding of stock regulate methods, inventory evaluation, and recordkeeping.
Outstanding quantitative and critical thinking with meticulousness.
Competence in Excel spreadsheet software, stock software, and Enterprise platform planning operational structures.
Robust schedule control, corporate, and analytical abilities.
Capability to operate under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Effective communication and people skills for managing with various departments.
