Duties

• Supervise the processes processes of the hotel, as per the Company hierarchy.
• Hold consistent briefings and sessions with all heads of departments.
• Ensure full adherence with Hotel operating regulates, SOPs, rules, standardized processes, and service guidelines.
• Head all key real estate concerns which includes capital projects, client support, and refurbishment.
• Managing service issues, and monitoring the service recovery standardized processes.
• In charge of the project setup, visual communication, and subsequent accomplishment of the hotel’s yearly Operating financial plan, Promotion, and sales Strategy and Capital Financial plan.
• Oversee the ongoing profit margin of the hotel, making sure income and visitor fulfillment targets are fulfilled and exceeded.
• Verify that every decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management.
• Supply hotel financial plan targets and set other short and long-term strategic targets for the real estate.
• Conceptualizing advancement actions, and carrying out cost savings.
• A deep knowledge of P&L statements and the capability to react with influential plans
• Closely track the hotel’s business documentation routine and make decisions as appropriate.
• Make sure that every month financial outlooks for Guest accommodations, F&B, Administrator & General, are on target and precise.
• Optimizing guest accommodation return and hotel/resort income through creative sales procedures and return management programs.
• Organize a monthly statement for the owners and participants.
• Draw up strategies and financial plans (revenues, expenses, etc.) for the owners.
• Assisting in the procurement of operating inventory and tools, and negotiating with third-party vendors for crucial tools and solutions.
• Serve as a ultimate choice producer in recruiting a key employees.
• Synchronization with HOD’s for the implementation of all initiatives and processes.
• Monitoring and coordinating all operational units and operating closely with department heads routine.
• Oversee and formulate the Hotel Top management to guarantee career advancement and development.
• Be responsible for the duties of department heads and assume responsibility of all visitor service issues.
• Offer efficient executive guidance to hotel team members.
• Head in every facet of business organizing.
• Address audits to guarantee repetitive advancement is accomplished.
• Corporate customer managing and taking part in new customer purchase along with the business development team whenever necessary.
• Helping in residential sales as and when necessary and conceptualizing robust sales potential opportunities.
• In charge of safeguarding the quality of processes both (internal & external audits).
• In charge of legalization, Work-related Health & Safety Act, fire rules, and other lawful qualifications.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Bsc requiring at least 5 years of work expertise.
