Business operations manager at Landmark Africa Group in Enugu

About the Position

The Business operations manager will be accountable for managing all daily processes across hospitality, leisure, events, and facilities at Landmark Nike Lake Enugu. This individual will ensure smooth service dispatch, process effectiveness, and visitor fulfillment while aligning with Landmark’s guidelines of superiority and long-term strategic targets.

Financial & Results tracking:

• Work alongside Finance to organize and oversee business financial plans.
• Track unit-specific KPIs, revenues, and expenditures for alignment with targets.
• Assist income production through revenue optimization, cross-department partnership, and productive cost management.

Team lead & Development:

• Hire, educate, and train employees cross-functional units.
• Promote a effectiveness-driven, collaborative culture.
• Carry out consistent effectiveness assessments and head employee development programs.

Credentials

• Bsc in hotel management Management, Business Management, or a relevant field. A MSC is a plus.
• Established history in coordinating multi-unit hospitality processes.
• Solid understanding of adherence, safety, and visitor service procedures.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
