Business Development Manager - External contracting / BPO at Mactay Consulting in Lagos

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager – External contracting/BPO is in charge of recognizing development potentials, nurturing key customer connections, and pushing income inside the External contracting & Handled Skilled Solutions (MTC) domain. The preferred candidate will have deep market expertise, a forward-thinking approach, and a client-focused approach to formulate and implement business development plans that assist long-term strategic objectives.

Financial Strategic insight:

• Formulate strategic pricing models that optimize returns while making sure customer satisfaction.
• Carry out ROI and profit evaluation for proposed agreements and strategic collaborations.
• Organize and show financial justifications for business cases and financial funding proposals.

Sales & Business Development:

• Head the full scope of sales lifecycle from head production to proposal development and transaction closure.
• Recognize revenue optimization and cross-closing sales avenues inside the current customer base.
• Establish, develop, and grow strategic customer accounts and strategic collaborations.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years’ expertise in business development, ideally inside External contracting/BPO.
• Established history of delivering and exceeding revenue goals.

• Capability to build pricing plans and evaluate fiscal indicators.
