Financial Business Evaluator at Paga Nigeria in Lagos

Explanation

We are looking for a highly proficient and meticulous Evaluator with track document of perceptive and prescriptive evaluation of business process and effectiveness. Capability to interact with Big Data and creative and agile approach to evaluation.

Key Duties

• Evaluation of business unit effectiveness recognizing in-depth lying drivers (primary and secondary)
• Work alongside business unit business data analyst to assess effect of programs on effectiveness
• Organize Cash based and non-Cash based P&L to decide profit margin by Unit and by Country
• Supply practical findings and logical assist to handle sophisticated financial questions and hurdles from business teams.
• Produce precise as-needed financial statements upon demand by the FP & A Manager to assist various programs.
• Keep track of outlier events and evaluate effect of business outcomes
• Preserve every month unit economics documentation by product and business line

Essential skills:

• Specialized abilities: Competence in financial forecasting and Excel. Expertise in macros would be beneficial.
• Critical thinking: Robust quantitative and logical abilities to analyze financial data and practices.
• Information exchange: Outstanding interpersonal and verbal abilities to operate productively with internal teams and external associates.
• Meticulousness: High level of precision and meticulousness in coordinating treasury processes and status updates.
