Chief, Plan & Creative invention at Verraki in Lagos

Explanation

The Chief of Plan & Creative invention at NCF will be in charge of pushing enterprise-wide strategic organizing, monitoring results supervising and learning frameworks, and spearheading digital creative invention to improve corporate effect. This position requires in-depth understanding in plan implementation, cross-operational executive guidance, and the capability to convert findings into implementable decisions that role NCF for long-term long-term viability and growth.

Duties

• Offer direction for NCF’s Corporate Plan & Implementation, M&E & Learning, Digital Transformation, and IT Processes processes.
• Lead enterprise-wide strategic organizing and alignment of yearly workplans with the NCF Strategic Action Strategy.
• Coordinate the information exchange of strategic findings cross-functional units and executive guidance teams to lead implementation.
• Supervise institutional effectiveness supervising, corporate scorecards, and KPI dashboards through Monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Oversee reviews, after-action assessments, and corporate learning to strengthen adaptive capacity.
• Head analysis, foresight, and creative invention programs to guide plan, enhance operational structures, and improve dispatch models.
• Oversee digital transformation endeavors and mentor IT processes to assist strategic objectives and effectiveness.
• Serve as a strategic consultant to the Director General, making sure consolidation of plan into day-to-day activities.
• Arrange and head internal plan status reports, retreats, and status updates routines across the company.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bachelor's and/or MSC in Economics, Public Regulatory framework, Business Management, Development Studies, Strategic Management, or associated fields.
• Applicable qualifications in Plan implementation, M&E (Monitoring and evaluation), Project coordination (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), or Balanced Scorecard Frameworks are a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressively in charge expertise in planning process, results tracking, or corporate learning.
• Proven expertise in pushing cross-operational alignment, coordinating sophisticated institutional programs, and coordinating learning operational structures.
• Expertise in the non-profit, ecological, or public sector is a plus.
