Agency Manager at Aeroport Travels and Tours Limited in Lagos Island, Lagos

About the Position

We are looking for a agile and skilled Agency Manager to head our travels and tours processes. The successful applicant will be in charge of pushing sales increase, monitoring day-to-day activities, making sure outstanding client support, and coordinating a team of commute advisors.

Primary duties

• Head and oversee the agency’s processes, employees, and service dispatch.
• Lead business expansion by conceptualizing new customers, corporate strategic collaborations, and commute bundles.
• Oversee ticketing, booking arrangements, visa processing, and travel processes.
• Build and preserve solid connections with customers, airlines, hotels, and travel operators.
• Track revenue goals, financial plans, and entire financial effectiveness.
• Guarantee adherence with IATA guidelines and industry rules.
• Supervise the affairs of the organization..

Qualifications

• Bsc in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or relevant field.
• 3+ years’ expertise in the commute and tourism industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership/executive position.
• Solid understanding of GDS operational structures (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Established leadership, bargain, and customer connection competencies.
• Clear articulation and client support abilities.
• Female applicants preferred for gender balance.
• IATA accredited.
