Position Overview

We are looking for a innovative and meticulous Interior Architect to design, strategize and supervise interior spaces that match with operational needs, corporate identity identity, and aesthetic aspiration. The preferred candidate will possess robust design competencies, specialized skill, and the capability to convert customer qualifications into creative, maintainable, and practical initiatives.

Primary duties

• Formulate visual strategies, drawings, and requirements for residential, business-related, or hospitality spaces.
• Carry out on-site evaluation and space organizing to optimize user efficiency and beauty therapy.
• Organize thorough technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or associated resources.
• Work alongside customers, engineers, service providers, and PMs to guarantee project success.
• Acquire materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that match with design intent and financial plan.
• Guarantee adherence with building codes, safety guidelines, and long-term viability procedures.
• Lead projects from idea to implementation, which includes timelines, financial plans, and inspection procedures.
• Show design creative thoughts and 3D visualizations to customers and participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MSC in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise as an Interior Architect (project sample necessary).
• Competence in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other creative applications.
• Robust project coordination and verbal abilities.
• Expertise in maintainable and eco-friendly design procedures.
• Capability to balance creativeness with practicality and financial plan restrictions.
