Workspace Helper at Premiere Urgence Internationale (PUI) in Maiduguri, Borno

General Targets / Overview

Under the direct oversight of the Supply assistant, the Workspace Helper will offer day – to – day support and is in charge of the upkeep of the PUI Workspace / Visitor House compounds’ landscape, storage and transportation of items in accordance with the hygiene regulations and standardized processes. The candidate is also in charge of any other workspace chore necessary for keeping PUI Teams’ workspace clean, safe and pleasant.

Storage and transportation:

• Assist in loading and offloading of goods and tools
• Help in stacking and storing of items in the stores
• Supply items to other bases or workspaces Assist with moving furniture, tables and chairs
• Help in arranging inventory and storage zone.

Servicing & maintenance:

Assist in preserving doors, windows and glass frames Help the routine workers and service vendors in their obligations.

Credentials

Interested applicants should have an FSLC certification with 1 year work expertise.
