Job Description

Key Distributor management to supply positive ROI.
Productive oversight of Secondary business development team to lead goods accessibility/Results tracking.
In-store account management and formation.
To set territory revenue goals & targets from the entire business targets and targets.
Mentoring and accompaniment with Directs documentation to improve effectiveness. Coordinating outlets-ensure proper servicing, settle disputes, manage service issues, convey trade campaigns and buyer campaigns, supervise merchandising and oversee payment terms.
Formulate Allocation-add new markets, new outlets, new beats, new yans, handcarts, trikes and bikes.
Meet secondary sales volume and target for the territory.
Oversee KD Employees-sales reps and KPO, Evaluate them routine.
Oversee KD Warehouse- preserve FIFO, Stacking norm
Market visit-A minimum of 12 full days monthly, accompanied call with each SR a minimum of one entire day in a month.

Have a Academic qualification, in any discipline, ideally in Business Management.
Have two to three years’ expertise within a reputable/ international enterprise.
Be a computer specialist especially in MS Word, Excel and Power point.
Possess robust quantitative competencies.
Outstanding spoken communication and professional writing competencies.
Be a team player with the capability to lead the team to unsurpassed success.
Be mobile and ready to be adaptable in terms of site.
