Job Description

Group & Guard Communication link: Engage with Police Zone Commanders, Divisional Police Officers (DPOs), heads of guard agencies, traditional rulers, group key stakeholders, vigilante groups, and other participants inside the region.
Lawful Status updates & Synchronization: Recognize individuals for lawful client engagement and organize with the Compliance unit to guarantee suspects are arraigned properly.
Guard Staff Monitoring: Oversee contracted out security staff across allocated zones.
Participant Relation: Head a minimum of two every quarter guard perception management sessions including group and guard participants.
System issue Status updates & Investigative Assist: Punctual documentation of guard incidents to Police and FirstPower’s Chief of Guard. • Ensure lawful client engagement and help employees in getting ready police statements. • Track police inquiries including FirstPower incidents.

Must be Academic qualification holder or its equivalent.
Must be retired SSS, police, army or other government or private guard agencies.
Must not be above 60yrs old at point of enlistment.
Must not be less than CSP or LT Col rank or its equivalent that is grade level (13) and above.
Ongoing CV.
Must generate medical fitness from any government identified hospital.
