Qualifications
- Applicants should have a Bsc from a identified institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of expertise in group management or a similar people-centered position (expertise operating with youth, voluntary assistants, or donor relation is a plus).
- Outstanding people skills with the capability to link meaningfully with people across different ages, profile, and cultures.
- Robust documented and spoken communication competencies, which includes the capability to prepare compelling emails, documentation, and group stories.
- A warm, friendly, and initiative-driven personality—someone who naturally brings energy and positivity into every engagement.
- Robust corporate and time-leadership abilities, with the capability to manage various connections and duty productively.
- Verified ability to craft captivating stories and produce compelling content for bulletins and group-attentive social platforms.
- Event organizing and synchronization expertise.
- Good M&E competencies, especially in tracking programme effect and relation.
- Technology-savvy and cozy using information exchange and teamwork platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Zoom, Airtable, Google Workspace).
- Readiness to work on Saturdays for events, group check-ins, and sessions.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Expertise operating in or with nonprofit entities. Understanding with donor admin systems or email promotion software.
