Role summary

• The Hotel general manager (HM) is in charge of the entire management and effectiveness of the Apartments.
• The position includes monitoring every facet of the hotel's processes, which includes visitor solutions, business promotion & sales, F&B management, room maintenance services, and servicing & maintenance.
• The GM will make sure that premium quality guidelines are preserved, client fulfillment is prioritized, and business targets are accomplished.
• The role needs effective guidance, clear communication, and the capability to motivate the team to provide exceptional service.

Duties Business Management:

• Supervise routine the apartment processes to guarantee the productive functioning of all operational units (e.g., front desk, room maintenance services, F&B, servicing & maintenance etc.).
• Execute, track, and assess apartment rules and standardized processes.
• Preserve the highest guidelines of visitor service and hospitality.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and lawful rules.

Finance Management:

• Ensure the apartment’s financial plan is readied and efficiently run
• Verify that every financial targets are fulfilled, which includes profit margin, income, and cost-regulate targets.
• Track daily output indicators, which includes occupancy rates, income per accessible guest accommodation (RevPAR), and gross operating profit.

Visitor Expertise:

• Ensure a regular, premium quality visitor expertise in every facet of service.
• Manage visitor service issues and concerns promptly to preserve client fulfillment and commitment.
• Track and assess visitor response and take suitable action to respond to concerns.

HR and Executive guidance:

• Head and motivate employees, offering guidance and direction.
• Ensure results tracking methods are executed to evaluate and enhance employees productivity and inspiration.

Real estate Management:

Supervise the servicing & maintenance of the apartment’s physical structure to guarantee safety, effectiveness, and a luxurious visitor expertise. Collaborate with the engineering and servicing & maintenance teams to guarantee that facilities are kept in outstanding requirement.

Qualifications

Bsc in hotel management Management, Business Management, or relevant field; a MSC is a plus. At least 6 years of expertise in the service sector, with a minimum of 2 years in a top level leadership position.
