Role summary

The Plant HR Manager is a key alliance member to the plant executive guidance team. This position is accountable for managing all HR processes inside the production operations facility, making sure a conforming, safe, and efficient office. The preferred candidate will possess a strong insight of Human resources principles, work legal provisions, and the unique hurdles and needs of a production operations environment, which includes union relations, employee safety, and human resource management for a multifaceted staff.

Recruitment & Orientation:

Head the full hiring process lifecycle for both per hour and salaried roles, from procurement and screening to interviewing and recruiting. Design and execute a complete orientation programme to guarantee new recruits are fully ready for the factory environment, with a robust concentration on safety procedures and organisation culture.

Development & Development:

• Evaluate the development needs of the staff and formulate and execute programs to develop abilities, boost results, and assist advancement.
• Coordinate development sessions on topics which includes executive guidance, dispute settlement, and adherence.
• Advance an environment that fosters uninterrupted professional growth throughout the plant.
