Job Description

We are looking for a devoted and specialist Night Responsibility Manager to join our team in Awka, Nigeria.
As the Night Responsibility Manager, you will be accountable for managing all hotel processes during the overnight schedule, making sure exceptional visitor experiences, and preserving the highest guidelines of service and safety.
Oversee every facet of hotel processes during the overnight schedule, which includes check-ins, check-outs, and visitor questions
Execute night audit processes, making sure precise balancing of hotel revenues in guest accommodations and F&B departments
Handle visitor matters promptly and productively, executing initiatives to improve visitor fulfillment
Ensure the accident and threat control of guests and employees throughout the night
Oversee and motivate the overnight schedule team, supporting an environment that fosters superiority and collaboration
Manage crisis conditions and make critical decisions as required
Work alongside other departments to guarantee smooth processes and settle any concerns that arise during the overnight schedule
Preserve precise records and organize thorough documentation for the daytime schedule team
Execute and ensure adherence to hotel rules and standardized processes to preserve uniformity in service dispatch
Recognize avenues for process enhancements and cost savings inside the night processes.

Bsc in hotel management Management, Business Management, or relevant field (preferred)
Demonstrated expertise as a Night Responsibility Manager or similar position in the service sector
Deep knowledge of hotel processes, especially front desk and night audit standardized processes
Outstanding client support competencies with a visitor-centric approach
Competence in hotel management software,orsimilar operational structures
Reliable financial strategic insight with the capability to evaluate and analyze financial data
Outstanding executive guidance and team leadership abilities
Exceptional issue resolution abilities and strategic judgment competencies
Outstanding verbal and professional writing competencies
Capability to operate independently and remain calm under pressure
Adaptable and flexible to evolving key focuses in a dynamic environment
Meticulous with robust corporate and handling multiple responsibilities abilities
Expertise in crisis management and managing crisis conditions
Readiness to operate night changes, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
