Spa Esthetician at Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL) in Ibadan, Oyo

Position Overview

The Spa Esthetician (Skin care specialist) will be in charge of supplying variety of specialist skincare and cosmetic treatments to customers, which includes facials, body treatments, waxing, and improved skincare initiatives. The preferred candidate must show specialized knowledge of skincare methods, robust customer interaction competencies, and the capability to produce personalized treatment strategies that improve customer satisfaction and wellness.

Primary duties

• Offer facials, body treatments, waxing, and other cosmetic standardized processes.
• Manage improved facial treatments, which includes chemical and micro peels.
• Assess customers’ skin terms and endorse suitable treatments and goods.
• Teach customers on skincare regimens and appropriate homecare routines.
• Greet customers warmly, carry out discussions, and ensure a specialist treatment expertise.
• Preserve assignment plans and guarantee promptness service dispatch.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and specialist guidelines inside the spa environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in a relevant field of study.
• 2–3 years’ demonstrated expertise in a similar position.
• Valid Esthetician’s permit or equivalent accreditation.
• In-depth understanding of skincare methods and cosmetic treatments.
• Clear expression and customer connection competencies.
• Capability to produce personalized care strategies and ensure customer comfort.
• Must be resident in Ibadan.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
