Primary duties
- Formulate and implement territory-specific sales plans to lead seasoning product penetration.
- Launch and grow sales across key markets and trade channels.
- Recognize, assign, and oversee distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers, and free market traders.
- Head and oversee Sales executive to attain every month KPIs and territory targets.
- Lead market visibility through in-market activations and trade promotion programs.
- Ensure product accessibility and pricing adherence in in-store and wholesale points.
- Organize and send precise sales documentation, projections, and market response.
- Build and develop long-term connections with top clients and trade associates.
