Job Description

The Commercial manager is in charge of pushing income increase by top the business development team, creating new commercial opportunities, and preserving robust client connections.
The position requires an individual with a robust promotion mentality who can actively pursue new customers beyond incoming calls.
The Commercial manager will set clear targets for the team,ensure regular effectiveness, and promote a specialist, client-focused culture.
The preferred candidate should possess prior expertise in the events and rentals industry (or associated sectors), be impressionable, trustworthy, committed to sales, and competent of balancing patience with assertiveness when managing business.

Actively produce new commercial opportunities through site promotion, customer visits, relationship building, and strategic collaborations.
Formulate and execute promotion plans to advance rental solutions (generators,
light towers, and other assets).
Build and preserve long-term customer connections with a client-first approach.
Stand for the organization at events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to expand
visibility.
Track rivals’ initiatives and propose plans to stay forward in the market.

Evaluate sales questions and assign directs to team members.
Carry out follow-ups with possibility and current customers.
Oversee the business development team’s routine initiatives, offering assist where needed.
Track advancement toward individual and team targets.
Ensure competence and client fulfillment in all engagements.

Set and convey clear revenue goals for each collaborator.
Evaluate sales effectiveness and organize every month sales documentation.
Deliver session sessions to handle expertise differences and develop competencies.
Modify management on sales pipeline, customer response, and market terms.
Strategy and implement every month sales marketing and promotion programs.

Assess entire group results and modify plans to reach targets.
Show every quarter sales documentation for executive review, which includes accomplishments, hurdles, and projections.
Evaluate and modify pricing, promotion plans, and sales methods as needed.
Arrange team workshops on client support, bargaining ability, and industry status reports.
Evaluate and refresh the business development team’s expertise in market trends, emerging markets,and rival initiatives.

Education: Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or relevant field.
Expertise: At least 5 years in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a executive position.
Prior expertise in the events/rentals industry is highly preferred.
