Facility Servicing & maintenance Manager at HEA Group in Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Overview

The Facility Servicing & maintenance Manager will supervise the daily servicing & maintenance processes of NETCO facilities, making sure all operational structures and tools (electrical, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, carpentry, civil works, fire operational structures, and water treatment) are properly preserved, safe, and fully functional. The position includes directing a multi-disciplinary team, executing preventive servicing & maintenance strategies, enforcing Health, safety, and environment adherence, and coordinating with with NETCO delegates.

Technical Monitoring:

• Track process and servicing & maintenance of electrical panels (ABB, transformers, switchboards, bus-bars), generators, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning operational structures (VRF/DX units), fire
• hydrants, revolving doors, water treatment and sewage operational structures.
• Carry out inspections of workspace buildings, ancillary facilities, and tools guest accommodations to recognize and settle faults.

Organizing & Status updates:

Formulate, execute, and modify preventive servicing & maintenance strategies for all operational structures and assets. Preserve service records, assessment data records, and guarantee promptness entry of on a weekly basis, every month, and every quarter documentation.

Health, Safety & Adherence:

Verify that every staff adhere with Health, safety, and environment qualifications, which includes PPE usage and safe work procedures. Arrange bi-yearly Health, safety, and environment and technical development for servicing & maintenance employees.

General Obligations:

• Supervise AGO (diesel) receipt, storage, and routine tank refills without spillage.
• Ensure uninterrupted water stock, operational sanitary operational structures, and clear water flow systems inside the premises.
• Oversee civil works, carpentry, and painting as necessary.

Credentials & Qualifications

• At least Higher national diploma or Bsc in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated expertise in facility management, building solutions, or industrial servicing & maintenance oversight.
• Robust domain expertise of electrical operational structures, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning processes, plumbing, and fire safety operational structures.
• Competence in Building Management Operational structures (BMS) is a plus.
• Effective guidance, synchronization, and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding status updates, information exchange, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Health, safety, and environment consciousness and dedication to enforcing safety culture.
