Group Chief of HR and Management at Domeo Resources International in Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

The Group Chief of Human resources & Management will be in charge of conceptualizing and institutionalizing the people, culture, and managerial structure across the organization and its subsidiaries. The position requires a visionary Human resources leader with robust managerial strategic insight, who can design and execute Human resources operational structures, build executive guidance pipelines, and assist the organization in attracting and maintaining elite management skilled.

Recruitment & Hiring process:

• Head hiring process of top management and expert skilled.
• Develop alliances with headhunters, hiring process agencies, and universities.
• Ensure strong orientation and consolidation of new recruits.

Management & Adherence:

• Zero work disputes or penalties from compliance-related bodies.
• On-time renewals of all statutory obligations and adherence qualifications.
• Cost effectiveness in managerial expenditures (optimized facilities management).

Executive guidance Effect:

• Advancement in workplace culture (measured by response/surveys).
• Percentage of management employees who accomplish accepted KPIs under their oversight.
• Entire payment to Board-level strategic organizing and decision assist.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or relevant field (Master’s/Master of business administration preferred).
• Specialist qualifications: CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ progressive Human resources executive guidance expertise, with a minimum of 5 years at top level/group level.
• Demonstrated expertise in business improvement, recruitment, and Human resources operational structures setup.
• Deep knowledge of employment regulation, adherence, and business oversight.
