Position Overview

The Zone Commercial manager (ASM) will be accountable for managing and growing sales processes inside the allocated region. The preferred candidate will head site sales teams, oversee distributors, wholesalers, and key free market participants, and implement sales plans that enhance output, visibility, and income for our seasoning project sample.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement territory-specific sales plans to lead seasoning product penetration.
• Launch and grow sales across key markets and trade channels.
• Recognize, assign, and oversee distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers, and free market traders.
• Head and oversee Sales executive to attain every month KPIs and territory targets.
• Lead market visibility through in-market activations and trade promotion programs.
• Ensure product accessibility and pricing adherence in in-store and wholesale points.
• Organize and send precise sales documentation, projections, and market response.
• Build and develop long-term connections with top clients and trade associates.
