Business Development Manager at Onyx Beauty Hub in Island, Lagos

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be in charge of recognizing new commercial opportunities, conceptualizing long-term alliances, and executing growth programs to grow income and corporate identity visibility. The preferred candidate is initiative-driven, result-oriented, and skilled in sales and business expansion inside the beauty, premium experience, or fashion industry.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement plans to draw in new customers and grow current clientele.
• Recognize and pursue collaboration avenues with salons, influencers, distributors, and premium experience in-store outlets.
• Carry out market analysis to recognize practices, rivals, and possibility growth zones.
• Meet and exceed revenue goals while making sure profit margin.
• Stand for Onyx Beauty Hub at industry events, exhibitions, and relationship building processes.
• Work alongside the promotion team to lead corporate identity marketing and advertising programs.
• Build and preserve robust customer connections to guarantee client retention and fulfillment.
• Organize business documentation, proposals, and demonstrations for management.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or relevant field.
• 4–5 years of demonstrated expertise in business development, ideally in the premium experience, beauty, or fashion sector.
• Robust sales and bargaining ability with a track document of delivering targets.
• Clear articulation, relationship building, and public speaking.
• Capability to recognize avenues, formulate innovative initiatives, and deliver outcomes.
• High level of competence and enthusiasm for the premium experience beauty industry.
