Child Protection Site-Level Manager at GOALPrime Organization Nigeria (GPON) - 2 Openings in Nigeria

Duties 

• Offer technical oversight and direction to child protection caseworkers, animators, and locally-driven child protection systems.
• Supervise and assist the dispatch of case management solutions, making sure secrecy, safety, and adherence with inter-agency standard procedures (e.g., CPMS, Offer, BIA).
• Verify that every CP initiatives are executed in line with the project strategy and donor qualifications.
• Carry out consistent site visits to oversee tasks, offer training, and recognize capacity differences.
• Head on a weekly basis case evaluate sessions, offering technical input and strategic judgment assist to caseworkers.
• Assist the design and facilitation of organized psychosocial assist sessions for children and caregivers.
• Coordinate development and on-the-position skills development for child protection employees and group voluntary assistants.
• Engage in synchronization sessions, which includes child protection sub-sector sessions at the LGA level.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping and prompt status updates of child protection initiatives, which includes success stories and lessons learned.
• Advance and ensure meaningful child involvement in all programme initiatives.
• Recognize and refer sophisticated protection cases to expert solutions or suitable actors.
• Guarantee alignment to safeguarding and PSEA rules across all interventions

Credentials & Expertise

• Academic qualification in Community-related Work, Psychology, Child Development, or relevant field.
• At least 3 years of expertise in child protection programming, which includes a minimum of 1 year in a leadership position.
• Solid understanding of child protection case management and psychosocial assist principles.
• Expertise operating in humanitarian settings and with displaced populations is highly preferred.
• Exhibited capability to head, educate, and assist a team of site employees.
• Robust interpersonal, information exchange, and analytical abilities.
• Good computer competencies (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Outstanding status updates competencies
• Capability to organize with associates and group participants

Languages:

Fluency in English and Hausa, other spoken languages in the group, is a plus.
