Construction supervisor at Elevated HR Limited in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Position Overview

The Construction supervisor will supervise routine on-site processes and renovation projects. The position ensures smooth synchronization between material supplies, storage, and usage while directing artisans and service providers in-field. The Construction supervisor plays a main responsibility in preserving delivery schedules, expense management, and quality benchmarks.

Primary duties

• Track daily building and renovation initiatives.
• Ensure artisans and service providers work according to requirements and safety guidelines.
• Supervise dispatch, proper storage, and usage of building materials.
• Preserve precise records of materials received, used, and remaining.
• Serve as the first point of reach out in-field for artisans, vendors, and service providers.
• Documentation routine advancement, concerns, and on-site needs for executive review.
• Ensure workmanship meets guidelines excellent quality and design.
• Bring to attention and accurate any faults or deviations at once.
• Ensure adherence to safety standard procedures and on-site cleanliness.
• Guarantee adherence with lawful and organisation safety rules.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have an OND / Higher national diploma / Bsc in Building Management, Civil Engineering, or relevant field (or equivalent on-site expertise).
• At least 2 years’ expertise directing building or renovation sites.
• Deep enthusiasm/interest in building building and interior design
• Verified ability to oversee artisans and organize various duty.
• Robust document-keeping and status updates competencies.
