Overview

The Generation Manager will supervise the daily running of manufacturing workflows and ensure process effectiveness by coordinating assets, optimizing processes, and preserving high guidelines of hygiene and safety The position includes capacity planning, process management, clear communication, oversight of factory workers, and compliance to generation targets and due dates

Process Management:

• Ensure generation begins on time unless unavoidable setbacks arise.
• Oversee manufacturing workflows, assigning assets as needed to reach targets.
• Offer precise generation data for executive review to formulate effectiveness targets.
• Propose ongoing development plans for manufacturing workflows.

Clear communication:

Documentation on work strategies, resourcing, hurdles, servicing & maintenance, and downtimes to the Generation Manager. Ensure smooth handovers of tasks or supervisory obligations as required.

Records and Recordkeeping:

Guarantee promptness and precise submitting of records, preserving structured and reachable recordkeeping for evaluation and letter of recommendation.

Supervisory Obligations:

• Appraise effectiveness of team members, recognize development needs, and arrange or endorse appropriate development.
• Manage corrective measures in line with organisation standardized processes.
• Analyze and ensure adherence to organisation rules and standardized processes, advising superiors or applicable departments where necessary.
