Main Operation

• The Laundry Manager will supervise all laundry processes to guarantee premium quality cleaning, finishing, and on-time completion of linens, uniforms, and visitor laundry.
• This position is critical in preserving the guidelines of hygiene, cleanliness, and visual communication necessary in a hospitality or service environment.
• The preferred candidate must be highly structured, meticulous, and proficient in coordinating both people and methods within a fastpaced laundry facility.

Stock and Expense management:

• Oversee stock of detergents, chemicals, and laundry inventory.
• Track consumption to reduce wastage and regulate business expenses.
• Ensure precise records of laundry loads, compensation, and losses.

Visitor Service and QA:

• Guarantee promptness and premium quality service for visitor laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing.
• Handle visitor service issues or concerns connected with laundry solutions.
• Uphold the highest guidelines of hygiene and garment care.

Adherence and Safety:

• Ensure adherence to adherence with health, hygiene, and safety rules.
• Carry out consistent development on safe managing of laundry chemicals and tools.
• Preserve proper recordkeeping for audits and inspections.

Expertise:

At least 5 years of expertise in laundry processes, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or executive position in the hospitality industry, healthcare, or large-scale laundry facilities. Expertise managing high-volume laundry processes is highly preferred.
