Country Business operations manager at a Global Software, IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Company - Amy Consulting in Lagos

Position Overview

The Country Business operations manager will establish and head the company's presence in Nigeria, pushing customer purchase, connection management, and project dispatch monitoring. The position will make sure that human-centered operational structures functional visuals are adjusted to local realities while in sync with worldwide guidelines.

Business Monitoring:

• Oversee in-country employees, advisors, and project teams.
• Guarantee adherence with professional conduct, honesty and reliability standard procedures, and financial responsibility.
• Supervise financial planning, status updates, and business organizing for Nigeria.

Participant Relation:

• Stand for the company at professional forums, regulatory framework dialogues, and industry networks.
• Build alliances with universities, think tanks, and creative invention hubs to strengthen the company's ecosystem.
• Serve as the key spokesperson for the company in Nigeria.

Outputs (First 12–18 Months):

• Establish a fully operational country workspace.
• Formulate a Nigeria-specific customer purchase and retention plan.
• Secure a minimum of 3–5 flagship customer accounts/projects inside the first year.
• Build a robust local work collaboratively ecosystem (universities, Nonprofit organizations, corporates).
• Supply every quarter documentation on business development, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.

Credentials & Skills:

• MSC in business, Community-related Sciences, Public Regulatory framework, or relevant field.
• At least 8–10 years in consultancy, operational structures design, or plan positions.
• Established history in customer purchase, collaboration management, and business development.
• Deep knowledge of Nigeria’s compliance, private sector, and development ecosystem.
• Clear articulation, bargain, and public speaking.
• High honesty and reliability, outcomes-oriented, and innovative outlook.

Duration & Evaluate:

Starting agreement: 2 years, sustainable based on effectiveness. Yearly employee evaluation against customer purchase, retention, and effect indicators.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bsc with 8 - 10 years of work expertise.
