Job Description
Objective of the Position
Case Managers are in charge of managing assist and solutions for individuals (recipients) who need assist, which includes pregnant women, nursing mothers, and adolescents girls, and malnourished children. Their main position is to assess requirements, link people to suitable solutions, and check in to make sure they get the assist they need.
Participant Relation:
- Carry out group participants relation across executing networks
- Collaborate with the National Populations Fee to coordinate birth registrations for children under 5.
- Engage with the Primary Health Care focal person to organize linkages between group-guided programs and the facilities.
- Engage in Every month Evaluate sessions with other Case Managers/Nutrition champions.
Credentials and Expertise
- Certification or Bsc in Health Sciences, Community-related Work, Nutrition, Nursing, Community health, or a relevant field.
- 1 - 2 years of expertise in locally-driven programming or case management, ideally in nutrition or health projects.
- Good comprehension of maternal and child nutrition and public health operational structures.
- Expertise operating in humanitarian or development settings is an asset.
- Robust interpersonal, information exchange, and data governance competencies.
- Fluency in English and the local language(s) spoken in the zone of execution.
- Previous Case leadership background for health, nutrition interventions.
