School Bus Driver at St. Francis Catholic Secondary School in Lagos

Job Description

Transport students and other passengers to and from school.
Transport students for extracurricular events.
Preserve a clean bus at all times.
Obey all traffic legal provisions to guarantee students arrive at their destination safely.
Preserve a clean and mechanically sound bus at all times.
Ensure the safety of all students when entering and departing the bus.
Help students with getting on and off the bus as needed.
Engage with students as they enter and depart the bus.
Following the organized route and timetable for exit times and stops
Routinely checking vehicle safety tools which includes tires, brakes, turn signals, and mechanical tools.

Proven work expertise as a School Bus Driver or similar position
Capability to lead 50 Seater TATA Buses and Heavy Responsibility Buses.
Clean pushing document with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations inside the final five years
Three or more years of expertise operating with children preferred
Capability to carry out allocated route on time
Must possess a Valid Driving permit
Expertise in local routes
Deep knowledge of traffic legal provisions
Effective communication competencies.
