Cluster Manager at UPDC Facility Management Limited in Nigeria

Role summary

We are looking for an skilled and agile Cluster Manager to supervise a project sample of facilities and ensure the highest guidelines of service dispatch to our customers. The preferred candidate will possess a established history of coordinating high-profile customers and providing outstanding facility management initiatives.

Primary duties

• Supervise daily processes across allocated sites inside the cluster.
• Recognize avenues for service excellence and business expansion.
• Oversee connections with high-profile customers, making sure service improvement and fulfillment.
• Head and oversee facility teams, pushing productivity and competence.
• Formulate and execute servicing & maintenance, safety, and service dispatch strategies.
• Track financial plans, expenses, and effectiveness indicators across sites.
• Guarantee adherence with Quality, health, safety, and environment guidelines and organisation rules.

Credentials & Expertise

• Academic qualification in Engineering or relevant field.
• At least 5 - 7 years’ expertise in facility management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership/executive position.
• Robust track document of coordinating high-profile customers and supplying premium service.
• Outstanding executive guidance, bargain, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
• Sound expertise in facility management processes, vendor management
• A member of a professional body a desirable asset.
