Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled Bakery Generation Manager to supervise our routine bakery processes, making sure premium quality product result, productive manufacturing workflows, and compliance to food safety guidelines. The successful applicant will head our generation team and preserve the exceptional guidelines that Emmanuel Bakeries is known for.

Primary duties

• Generation Management: Oversee routine bakery generation processes, making sure on-time completion of premium quality baked goods
• Team lead: Head, educate, and oversee production worker, which includes bakery chef, assistants, and line workers
• Quality assurance: Track product standard at all stages of generation, making sure uniformity and compliance to organisation guidelines
• Regulatory adherence: Execute and preserve food safety procedures, HACCP guidelines, and office safety rules
• Stock Management: Supervise unedited material stock, organize with procurement for prompt inventory, and reduce waste
• Generation Organizing: Formulate routine and on a weekly basis generation plans based on requirement projections and sales orders
• Tools Servicing & maintenance: Ensure proper servicing & maintenance of bakery tools and organize repairs as required
• Expense management: Track generation expenses, recognize zones for advancement, and execute cost-saving measures
• Status updates: Organize routine generation documentation, track KPIs, and answer to top level management
• Development & Development: Educate new employees on generation standardized processes, safety procedures, and quality benchmarks

Necessary Credentials

• Education: At least OND/Higher national diploma in Food Science, Food Tech, or relevant field
• Expertise: At least 3-5 years of supervisory expertise in bakery generation or food production operations
• Management abilities: Verified ability to head and motivate teams in a dynamic environment
• Issue resolution: Robust logical and issue resolution capabilities
