Position Concise

The preferred candidate must possess a solid experience in guard management, clear articulation competencies, and the capability to operate jointly with other departments

Duties

• Supervise and assist the guard team, allocate security guards to specific patrol zones & Beat, ensure obligations are carried out productively and handle any concerns offering development and disciplinary action where necessary
• Oversee staff and personal achievement, offer input, and hold consistent team briefings.
• Oversee daily guard processes and become knowledgeable about the on-site layout or beat distribution to produce and execute efficient rules and standardized processes.
• Supervise daily initiatives of each department in the workspace,System issue Management and Crisis
• Address and explore any guard breaches or incidents, escort unpermitted staff from the on-site, carry out crisis drills, and help with evacuation in an crisis, coordinating with with the crisis solutions where necessary.

Qualifications

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in any applicable field of study
• 2 - 3 years of expertise in a guard position, with supervisory expertise preferred.
• Solid understanding of guard procedures and crisis-management standardized processes.
• Outstanding executive guidance and team leadership abilities.
• Clear expression and people skills for engagement with employees and participants.
