The Human resources Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted consultant to top level key stakeholders, pushing people plans that match with business expansion, creative invention, and targets. This position needs a innovative Human resources specialist with in-depth business strategic insight, the capability to shape at executive level, and a documented performance of scaling skilled and culture in high-growth or technology-driven environments.

Primary duties

• Collaborate with executive guidance to align Human resources programs with corporate plan and business-related targets.
• Lead recruitment, staff planning, and results tracking to aid development.
• Head business improvement, adjustment management, and ability-building programs.
• Track people indicators (attrition, relation, productivity) and offer practical findings.
• Supply executive guidance development programs and strengthen executive performance.
• Guarantee adherence with work legal provisions and expect compliance-related modifications.

Credentials & Qualifications

• MSC in HR, Business, or relevant field (Improved Human resources qualifications which includes CIPM, SHRM-SCP, SPHRistrongly preferred).
• At least 5 years HRBP experiencein financial technology, tech, or high-growth environments.
• Robust competence in staff plan, employment regulation, adjustment management, and skill building.
• Exhibited capability to shape and mentor top level senior leaders with trust.
• Demonstrated achievement in coordinating sophisticated workplace engagement and corporate transformation.
• Robust logical capability with analytics-based Human resources strategic judgment competencies.
