Primary duties

• Supervise hiring process, orientation, and staff planning.
• Execute Human resources rules, manage workplace engagement, and handle employee concerns.
• Supervise capacity-building plans to enhance employees productivity.
• Guarantee adherence with work legal provisions, wage processing precision, and perks management.
• Track results appraisals and employees relation programs.

Credentials

• Bsc in Human resources, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• 3 years of Human resources expertise, ideally in production operations or industrial sectors.
• Solid understanding of Nigerian work legal provisions and Human resources industry standards.
• Clear articulation and analytical abilities.
• Competence in Human resources software and Ms office tools.
