Job Description

Finding and hiring the right channel members, then orientation them. Ensure maintaining and penetrating those current channel member accounts.
Sells the full scope of product line(or selections) to a single or various account inside the territory, according to goods mapping into outlets types.
Stand for the organization to the channel associates and distribution ally to the organization in all sales-oriented initiatives.

This position is attentive on pushing sell-in to channel associates by leveraging robust service understanding and business organizing competencies to meet specific revenue goals.
It supervises daily order production and placement initiatives while making sure alignment with channel sales targets.
The position includes collecting market intelligence—which includes product effectiveness, rival activity, and client response—to guide sales plans.
Serving as a corporate consultant, the individual aids channel associates in organizing their orders to attain profit margin.
It also includes close partnership with the Promotion team to grow product visibility and corporate identity consciousness.
Building solid connections with key channel participants and carrying out consistent in-field visits are crucial to preserve account health and generate income, for which the position carries a direct quota.

Bsc, MSC a plus.
At least 3 years of expertise on direct sales is crucial.
Prior expertise in closing sales into wholesale entities and in-store outlets.
Capability to sell through goods, track sell out and good status updates ability.
Expertise in FMCG or Buyer Bundled Goods (CPG), with Cosmetics, Pharma, and Personal Care goods.
