Adherence Manager at ASA International in Ikeja, Lagos

Scope of the Position

The Adherence Manager will be in charge of making sure that all organisation processes adhere possessing applicable financial rules, industry guidelines, and organizational guidelines. The position includes supervising adherence risks, executing adherence programs, and offering direction to the company on compliance-related matters.

Specific Duties

• Establish and ensure adherence programme to guarantee the organization’s adherence to relevant legal provisions, rules and standard procedures.
• Carry out Adherence risk evaluations and adherence audits to recognize promise differences and endorse corrective actions.
• Ensure organisation processes adhere with compliance-related bodies which includes the Central Bank, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) legal provisions, and data confidentiality rules.
• Keep current with evolving rules and advise executive guidance on adherence obligations.
• Offer regulation education to employees to raise visibility and compliance to organizational guidelines.
• Formulate and supervise Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) methods.
• Explore adherence violations and endorse corrective and corrective measures.
• Help the CCO to organize periodic adherence documentation to Strategic leadership and compliance-related bodies.
• Execute efficient supervising operational structures to guarantee legal adherence of the organization.
• Check in to decide adequacy of corrective action strategies.
