Responsibilties

• Organizing financial data, producing documentation and evaluating the financial health of the organization
• Monitoring the finance unit, which includes staff matters for department managers
• Coordinating organisation financial plans and establishing financial plan standard procedures for all operational units
• Predicting organisation financial resources and producing financial projections
• Recognizing ways for the company to cut costsand grow profits
• Evaluating financial risks
• Enforcing rules and procedurest hat keep the organization in adherence with financial rules
• Mediating between the company, employees, participants, shareholders and investors on financial concerns
• Recognizing the best financing suppliers (bank loans, equity, or internal profits).
• Preserving the right balance between debt and equity to mitigate threats.
• Assigning capital to different departments for process effectiveness.
• Making sure liquidity by coordinating operating capital productively.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have an NCE / OND / Bsc with 1-20 years work expertise.
