Position Overview

The HR Manager will be in charge of conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring Human resources plans, rules, and procedures that match with the organization’s targets. The position requires a initiative-driven specialist who can oversee hiring process, workplace engagement, results tracking, adherence, and business improvement in a dynamic production operations environment.

Results tracking:

Design and execute work assessment operational structures. Collaborate with supervisors to track employee output and endorse development or disciplinary action where necessary.

Development & Development:

Recognize ability differences and organize capacity-building plans for both factory labourers and managerial employees. Execute professional development programs to improve employee retention.

Key Qualifications

• Bsc in HR Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations, or relevant field (MSC or Human resources accreditation is a plus).
• At least 3 years Human resources leadership background (ideally in production operations or fashion industry).
• Solid understanding of Nigerian employment regulation and Human resources industry standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in hiring process, workplace engagement, and results tracking.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and people skills.
• Capability to operate in a organized yet dynamic production operations environment.
