Business Development Executive at Ascentech Services Limited in Surulere, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a inspired Business Development Executive with around 1 year of expertise in an Human resources advising environment. The preferred candidate will assist grow the firm’s customer base, build solid connections, and support to the development and implementation of growth plans in the Human resources initiatives space.

Primary duties

• Recognize target industries, companies, and decision-makers for Human resources advising solutions (recruitment, Human resources external contracting, adherence, development, etc.).
• Build and preserve a strong pipeline of vetted prospects through cold calls, emails, community-related outreach, relationship building, and incoming questions.
• Reach out with possibility customers, comprehend their Human resources pain points, and role our solutions as initiatives.
• Timetable and carry out exploratory phase calls, sessions, and product exhibitions with customer participants.
• Help in getting ready tailored proposals, RFP responses, and service quotes.
• Assist deal discussions in partnership with the executive guidance and dispatch teams.
• Formulate and develop strategic collaborations with hiring process firms, development vendors, and other Human resources-associated vendors to expand referral networks.
• Track attractive landscape, pricing practices, and customer response to enhance value propositions.
• Preserve precise records of initiatives, avenues, and communications in the CRM.
• Offer consistent documentation on pipeline status, projections, and performance indicators.
• Stand for the firm at industry events, webinars, and relationship building sessions.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business, HR, Promotion, or a relevant field.
• 1 year in business development, sales, or customer-facing positions within Human resources advising, Human resources solutions, manpower planning, or associated B2B domains.
• Basic comprehension of Human resources processes
• Outstanding verbal and professional writing, visual communication, and narrative creation competencies.
• Robust people skills with the capability to build trust quickly.
• Capability to analyze customer needs, organize brief proposals, and evaluate market avenues.
