Job Description

Composing and evaluate of agreements, agreements and other lawful documents, instruments, or lawful concerns.
Promptly track, warn and advise on recognized and possibility risks and threats in the organization’s compliance-related environment regarding concerns of employees, labor, 3rd party work, agreements, key legal adherence and local content adherence and all that applies
Promptly and properly track implementation and rendition of returns on all legal adherence status and returns from applicable business units and interfaces.
Interface and track external advisors and solicitors for efficient dispatch of lawful roles / tasks.
Offer counsel for all of the organization’s processes and other businesses in Nigeria.
The candidate will guarantee adherence with the organization’s corporate lawful rules, local and international legal provisions, statutory qualifications and work collaboratively agreements.
Evaluate, prepare, project-oversee and bargain a variety of lawful and business-related agreements with governments, regulatory bodies, employees, associates and networks
Offer complete counsel on proposed rules, decisions and actions; negotiating, litigation, leases, procurement, job, business oversight, legal adherence; creative ownership matters and other concerns, as they arise.
Coordinate possessing applicable compliance-related governing bodies, sister companies, associates and other participants
Manage coverage matter in best interest of organisation and as per direction

Candidate must have LLB from a reputable tertiary institution. Possession of a higher academic qualification will be of advantage.
Membership of the Nigerian Bar Affiliation or any other applicable specialist body is crucial,
At least five (5) years’ post-call expertise in business-related lawful practice
Expertise in, and understanding with Nigeria’s legal & regulatory structure for FMCG and Food production operations.
Robust documented and spoken communication verbal abilities, in addition to, outstanding interpersonal & bargain ability.
Expertise in, and understanding with Nigeria’s legal & regulatory structure for FMCG is crucial.
