Position Profile

• Mechanical academic qualification holder with expertise to oversee servicing & maintenance initiatives in factory with heavy and precision machineries.
• Supervise the PPM and Advancement initiatives in Soap finishing plant.
• The person needs to keep documentation in Servicing & maintenance management software and modify to the management on advancement on projects, energy usage, spares management and people data.
• He needs to lead strategies to enhance competencies of his team and operators.

Work tasks

• Making sure PPM and overhauling initiatives are carried out according to plans.
• To explore and evaluate the root cause of system failure to oversee and prevent reoccurrence.
• Oversee spare parts for finishing plant machines.
• To lead and preserve a strong results in Work-related, Health & Safety and Ecological Care standard/practise
• To supervise staff and personal achievement through consistent assessments, supervising targets and making sure development needs are recognized and actioned
• To organize Good production operations Practice initiatives in-field in line with accepted GMP guidelines (PZC GMP Standard/NAFDAC GMP qualifications)

Necessary Credentials

bachelor's in engineering/Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma Mechanical Engineering

Necessary Expertise:

• 3 - 5 years at least work expertise
• Skilled in Office productivity software bundles (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good expertise in machine design
• Outstanding Expertise in engineering drawing and capability to use AutoCAD or other composing bundles
• Capability to withstand stress and pressure
• Good eye for infrastructural, design and engineering description
• Competence in application of Ms office tools
• Outstanding Logical and Quantitative competencies
• Outstanding organizing and planning competencies.
