Overview

The Servicing & maintenance Manager is in charge of coordinating every facet of the daily needs and long-term organizing by making sure that high-effectiveness servicing & maintenance solutions are offered inside the plant to meet safety, quality, and generation targets. They will be in charge of coordinating every facet of the servicing & maintenance department, which includes coordinating the upkeep of all production operations assets, coordinating servicing & maintenance financial plan and assets, and helping during planning phase and installation of new operational structures. They will also be in charge to guarantee that the facilities, layout and machinery used to generate current and prospective materials and goods, run to their maximum effectiveness and result. This comprises total preventative servicing & maintenance (TPM), Pushing Reliability Roadmap by coordinating breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and robotic tools (which includes software programming) in addition to team lead and budgetary/cost status updates through efficient use of CMMS operational structures (SAP). The management of servicing & maintenance initiatives using our CMMS and possessing close supervising of our Critical Spare parts.

What you'll do

• The position encompasses various elements connected with the upkeep, servicing & maintenance and advancement of all production operations assets used in the generation process, along with team lead and general management duties.
• Support to the formation and execution of industry standard servicing & maintenance aspiration, plan, rules, methods and standardized processes to assist and enhance functional performance through 3-YR masterplan process
• Head the implementation of the Reliability Roadmap
• Ensure the Servicing & maintenance Effectiveness Dashboard is conceptualize and tracked
• Strategy the assets based on a clear reading of effectiveness and in expectation of key servicing & maintenance initiatives
• Formulate a Organized Preventative Servicing & maintenance (PPM) timetable, making sure full preventative servicing & maintenance is carried out, strategy in ‘missed’ servicing & maintenance initiatives, and oversee critical spares list in line with budgetary qualifications and replacement plans
• Organize the yearly Servicing & maintenance financial plan and projections for all Spares Capital Spending proposals in addition to making sure adherence with lawful guidelines
• Formulate clear responsibility for servicing & maintenance material spend integrated with a plan to oversee spending
• Oversee operational structures and tools data storage and preserve high levels of guidelines and precision through standard procedure every month cycle count of all servicing & maintenance inventories
• Perform uninterrupted development and development of self in addition to team
• Offer specialized skill to the team through meeting with Group industry standard
• Stay updated and current on any modifications that may affect the reliability of the plant through technological progress updates and prevent system redundancy
• Oversee, mentor and formulate a high executing Servicing & maintenance team that meets accepted targets and which supplies industry standard outcomes, added value and uninterrupted enhancements
• Be an articulate professional, capable to transparently convey system problems
• Financial strategic insight to comprehend, assess and control spending information and expenses
• Exhibit leadership to productively oversee the servicing & maintenance group arrangement and hold teammates responsible towards delivering a high standard of workmanship

What you'll bring

• Comprehensive plant level expertise with significant proven leadership background
• Technical ability and comprehension especially of PLC/ Siemens /HMI/SCADA operational structures
• Comprehensive expertise in TPM/EEM/PM operational structures for Specialist Servicing & maintenance
• Expertise of coordinating Profit and Loss (P&L) duties for servicing & maintenance
• Engineering Academic qualification in Either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proven work expertise as a Servicing & maintenance or Engineering operations manager in a uninterrupted production operations environment (24-human resources process)
• Adept at CMMS operational structures which includes SAP or appropriate alternative
• Related sector credentials to validate expertise in CMMS/PM/TPM/PLC etc
• Comprehend spare parts management, buying and CAPEX financial planning
• Comprehend machine safety rules which includes CE markings
• Be ready to assist servicing & maintenance initiatives after hours, weekends and during holidays, in line with defined callout and afterhours assist standardized processes
• Be ready to build and formulate a network of credible servicing & maintenance and technical suppliers to guarantee continuous help to enhance entire plant reliability
• Must be a team player, ready to mentor, train and formulate their team
