Job Description

Strategize arrange, and regulate the generation process to meet routine, on a weekly basis, and every month result targets.
Ensure generation plans are accomplished while minimizing non-operational time, waste, and expenses.
Oversee production worker, offering direction, development, and results tracking.
Execute and ensure adherence to rigid quality assurance standardized processes to guarantee goods meet organisation and industry guidelines.
Track machine effectiveness, organize servicing & maintenance, and ensure minimal disruption to processes.
Preserve precise records of generation, materials usage, and effectiveness documentation.
Work alongside procurement, stock, and logistics teams to guarantee adequate unedited material stock and prompt product dispatch.
Ensure adherence to office safety rules and produce an environment that fosters safety consciousness on the factory floor.
Recognize zones for process enhancements and execute lean production operations procedures.
Guarantee adherence with organisation rules, work legal provisions, and compliance obligations.

Bsc in Generation/Production operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field.
At least 4years’ expertise in a generation or production operations leadership position.
Effective guidance, supervisory, and people-leadership abilities.
Established history of meeting generation targets and optimizing process effectiveness.
Outstanding issue resolution, corporate, and time-management abilities.
Expertise in lean production operations, Six Sigma, or other workflow optimization structured approaches is a plus.
Clear expression competencies and capability to organize cross-functional units.
Computer literacy (MS Workspace, Enterprise platform planning/generation software).
