Safety & Adherence:

• Ensure the school follows with local building codes, workplace safety and wellness rules, and fire safety guidelines.
• Carry out consistent safety drills (fire, earthquake, lockdown) in synchronization with school executive guidance.
• Preserve current records of inspections, servicing & maintenance, and system issue documentation.

Employees & Vendor Oversight:

Oversee custodial, servicing & maintenance, and guard employees, which includes planning, development, and performance check. Organize and oversee external service providers and service vendors.

Structure projects:

Strategy and supervise renovations, building, and refurbishment projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and service providers for key works.

Credentials

• Bsc in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Management, or relevant field (preferred).
• 3+ years of expertise in facilities management, ideally in an teaching or institutional setting.
• Solid understanding of building operational structures (electrical, plumbing, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).
• Understanding with safety rules and adherence guidelines.
• Expertise coordinating teams and financial plans.
